The California Air Resources Board (CARB) made changes in the Vapor Recovery requirements in March 2000. Some of the changes require all vapor recovery systems to have In-Station Diagnostics (ISD) and a vapor recovery nozzle with ORVR compatibility. The Hill-Vac system meets all of the new requirements. See CARB Executive Order G-70-193.
